This is an outstanding opportunity for experienced people in Real Estate, investments or investment banking to join an internationally renowned organisation. We are looking for Estate Agent Sales Negotiator / Senior Negotiator / New Homes Area Manager to build team for Properties Aboard division, specialist to join our Property and Asset Management team. We are able to boast an impressive list of NRI clients that spans the whole of the UK, Dubai and various part of the world. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a lengthy and proven track record of experience in the field of real estate, investment, banking sectors, duties will include:
  • Develop and implement new property/asset management initiatives to increase investment returns.
  • Act as client contact, dealing with all matters relating to real estate unit and report on all aspects of asset management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and external consultants.
  • Liaison with developers

    The successful candidate will be a hands-on Property/Asset Manager with a proven track record within the property abroad sector. You will be a proactive and driven individual with the ability to deal directly with clients and professionals at a senior level.
